Pinch's traditional Chinese dumplings are 100% made from scratch in-house daily. We take pride in kneading and rolling our own dough, grinding our own meat, and hand-pinching each of our dumplings every day. There is simply no comparison to a freshly made, freshly cooked dumpling.
While innovative at times, we use only authentic Chinese ingredients in our dumplings. We strive to keep a seasonal menu by offering a rotating flavor along with our traditional pork and vegetable dumplings at all times.
